- Open Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm permanent deletion.
Cannot access the app?
Email us from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my SivakasiMarket account”. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
Email deletion requestWhat is deleted or retained?
Sign-in access and direct profile data are removed, and saved addresses and shop ratings are deleted. Customer order history is disconnected from the account. Product reviews, enquiry records, seller-held contact details and operational or audit records are not automatically erased by this action. Contact support for a review of remaining personal data; legal retention requirements may apply. Copies already received by a shop and device-only drafts require separate attention. Deleting a business owner's account also suspends their shop listing and store. Private verification consent and download access are revoked, current verification credit is removed, and encrypted evidence is queued for deletion. Minimal audit records and protected backup retention may remain. Administrator accounts require transfer before deletion.
